The block is a single composition consisting of seven houses located on a single stylobate. The overall composition of the block is created taking into account 4 important factors: insolation, species characteristics, economic indicators, and aesthetic characteristics.

The block is based on three unifying principles: the exchange of materials-implies the use of a single material throughout the entire stylobate, while it enters into different relationships with the materials of the houses.
