The building seeks to create a fundamentally different scale and spatial context. "Exclamation point" in the "text" of the urban landscape. The new object is a new identity that sets a fundamentally different vector of development and new dynamics for the entire region. The building literally "collects" the quarter in itself, reproduces all the diversity of the city in one volume.
Planning solutions for the building are based on a combination of complex cubic volumes, and for facades selected monochrome tones. It was decided to use cassettes of galvanized steel with a matte finish and clinker tiles as the main materials for facade cladding. The main colors are graphite, light gray and white.
The underground level will house a parking lot for 256 cars. A green "oasis" with recreation areas and playgrounds will be created in the courtyard.
