The architecture of the business center STONE Leninsky is a strong spatial gesture. A long stylobate of black granite forms the front of the street and a complete structure of the first floors with urban infrastructure. The use of tactile materials in the facade decoration, such as natural stone, plays an important role in the perception of street landscapes, along with landscaping and architectural solutions of the building at the level of the lower floors.

Status Concept

The concept provides for two different-level office towers of 23 and 12 floors, united by a two-level stylobate. The maximum height of the business center is 100 meters.

Given the location of the project in the existing array of historical buildings, the architectural solution of the business center is aimed not only at functionality, but also at the integration of the object into the urban fabric. Since the building is high-rise and has an active lower part, the architects used a technique to lighten the upper volume, literally dissolving it in the air with the help of a transition to light colors in the facade decoration and a high level of glazing.

In order to integrate the building into the surrounding development and improve the perception of architecture by citizens when forming the stylobate part, which is at the eye level of pedestrians, adopted classical design principles: horizontal and vertical rhythms combined with the active surface of the facade. Black granite and glass windows visually create a welcome effect, involving citizens in the formed space.
